Known limitations and important information

Stock Split Handling

Stock splits are not automatically handled in Phase 1. If a holding undergoes a stock split, you must manually adjust by deleting the affected lots and re-entering them with the split-adjusted share count and price. This will be automated in Phase 2.

Thailand LTR Visa — Tax Position

Under LTR visa rules, foreign-sourced income (including US stock gains and dividends) is exempt from Thai personal income tax. Crypto gains are exempt through December 31, 2029 per Royal Decree. Tax tags on transactions reflect this classification. Always consult a qualified Thai tax advisor for your specific situation.

FIFO Cost Basis

Transactions use FIFO (First In, First Out) cost basis for realized gain calculation. Tax-tag edits are locked after 30 days. The lot tracker identifies the next lot to be consumed on sell transactions.
